December NABA Luncheon – 161 Redevelopment and New Business Filing

Our main speaker will be Tony Celebrezze III, updating our area businesses on proposed zoning changes intended to encourage redevelopment and revitalization on 161, and the impact on Northland.

We will also have an additional speaker, Gary Stentz, Esq., presenting important information on a new business filing that is due at the end of 2024 for all businesses and nonprofits.
